ABO Invest AG beschließt Barkapitalerhöhung unter Ausschluss des Bezugsrechts

Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat der ABO Invest AG haben beschlossen, unter teilweiser Ausnutzung des von der Hauptversammlung der Gesellschaft am 16. Juli 2015 geschaffenen Genehmigten Kapitals 2015 eine Kapitalerhöhung gegen Bareinlagen unter Ausschluss des Bezugsrechts der Aktionäre durchzuführen. Das Grundkapital soll um nominal bis zu 3.000.000 Euro auf bis zu 47.500.000 Euro und damit um bis zu rund 6,7 Prozent erhöht werden. Die neuen Aktien werden der ABO Wind AG zum Erwerb angeboten. Der Emissionspreis beträgt 1,57 Euro je Aktie. Das Gesamtemissionsvolumen beläuft sich damit auf bis zu 4.710.000 Euro. Die ABO Invest AG beabsichtigt, den Emissionserlös zum Ankauf von Windparks zu verwenden.
