Was ist Link?
Link ermöglicht das Zusammenspiel elektronischer Instrumente und lässt Sie spontan und frei mit anderen jammen – wie in einer Live-Band. Link funktioniert ohne umständliches Einrichten: Aktivieren Sie es, klinken Sie sich gemeinsam in dasselbe Netzwerk ein – und schon können Sie loslegen. Jeder Teilnehmer kann unabhängig von den anderen die Wiedergabe starten und stoppen oder das gemeinsame Tempo ändern – alles weitere ergibt sich von selbst.
Link synchronisiert den Takt und das Tempo von Musikanwendungen über ein drahtloses Netzwerk. Es ist im jüngsten Live-Beta-Update enthalten und wird in Kürze als integrale Funktion einer wachsenden Anzahl von iOS-Apps erhältlich sein. Link lässt sich auf verschiedene Arten nutzen: mit mehreren Live-Instanzen, mit Live und iOS-Apps oder mit mehreren iOS-Apps. Link-kompatible Apps lassen sich auch dann miteinander synchronisieren, wenn Live kein Teil Ihres Setups ist.
