SAP community ‘between worlds’ this year

(PresseBox) (Gütersloh, )
  • Arvato Systems will be presenting SAP solutions designed to support utilities in the area of digital customer communications
  • Arvato Systems presents the new release of the streamworks Workload Automation solution
Arvato Systems will be attending the 2017 DSAG Annual Conference being held from 26–28 September in Bremen, where it is presenting new SAP concepts for the digital energy market.

At this year’s DSAG Annual Conference, which goes under the banner ‘Between Worlds,’ the focus will be on the transition to the digital world and the increasing demands being placed on IT as a result of this shift. This raises questions like: How is the role of companies changing in an interconnected world with networked, digital customers? How will hybrid architectures be affected by this change? What will new business models with direct access to data and data models look like?

These and other topical questions will be answered by the team of specialists from Arvato Systems who will be demonstrating how utilities can optimally meet the needs of digital energy customers with customized solutions from the SAP Hybrid portfolio, ranging anywhere from Web shops and cloud-based CRM solutions to online Customer Portals.

The IT specialists will also be showcasing streamworks 9.2, the latest release of the Workload Automation solution, which offers numerous advanced functionalities for IT operations. Companies use streamworks to plan, maintain, control, and monitor a number of automatable IT processes, enabling them to significantly increase the quality and efficiency of their IT operations.

The DSAG Annual Conference is the largest event of the German-language SAP user group (DSAG), where SAP experts from a range of different fields and sectors come together to meet once a year. Arvato Systems will be on hand at Booth L10. You can find the full agenda at: www.dsag.de/kongress (German only).
