Mr Wedde is responsible for the business management as CFO (Chief Financial Officer) together with Mr Kai Müller (CEO) and is in charge of financial, control, taxes, legal and IT departments.

Mr Wedde holds a German business administration degree (Diplom-Kaufmann) and began his professional career in the auditing department of Arthur Andersen (today’s Ernst & Young). Mr Wedde went on to gain broad commercial expertise in medium-sized corporate groups at home and abroad, his last post being the CFO of an energy service provider in Hanover.
