Developed in Germany, the EVO7p combines ergonomic design with compressed air power to deliver fast, consistent and fatigue-free cable tie processing. It replaces the MK3PNSP2 and MK7P models, offering a lighter, more versatile solution for high-volume production environments.

The EVO7p features HellermannTyton’s patented tension-lock-cut mechanism, which ensures flush, repeatable cuts across a wide range of pre-settable tensile forces up to 180 N. Dual air inlets – positioned at the top and bottom – enhance setup flexibility, while the tool’s lightweight yet durable housing improves operator comfort and reduces strain during extended use.

It operates with standard industrial compressed air (up to 6 bar / 87 psi) and includes a mounting option for suspension systems, making it a highly adaptable tool for production teams.
