The event focuses on user reports and special lectures on monitoring and controlling processes and systems, all topics related to process automation, as well as the interaction of individual automation solutions. arvato Systems will concentrate on the topics of enterprise job scheduling with the Streamworks solution and business process management with Metastorm BPM and the BIC platform.

In addition, arvato Systems will give a special presentation to introduce a service portal that it developed and is currently using based on Microsoft SharePoint and Metastorm BPM.
