Provinzurteil: Neue Maßstäbe für Mietwagenkosten

Das Amtsgericht Wittenberg hat in einem wegweisenden Urteil (Az. 8 C 245/23 IV) am 27. Oktober 2023 entschieden, dass die Erstattung von Mietwagenkosten für Bewohner ländlicher Gebiete nicht mehr nach gängigen Tabellen, sondern nach den ortsüblichen Preisen erfolgen sollte. Der Rechtsstreit entstand, als der Pkw einer Klägerin durch einen eindeutig von einem Dritten verursachten Unfall beschädigt wurde.
