Urteil stärkt Verbraucher: Kein "neu für alt"-Abzug bei Brillenreparatur nach Unfall

Das Amtsgericht Schwandorf hat in einem Urteil vom 19. April 2023 (2 C 263/22) entschieden, dass der Haftpflichtversicherer des Unfallverursachers nach einem Verkehrsunfall nicht dazu berechtigt ist, einen Abzug "neu für alt" bei der Erstattung der Kosten für den Austausch von Brillengläsern vorzunehmen.
