Your tasks

As a Project Assistant and Document Manager, you will support the project execution as the right hand of our project management and exercise an important interface function within the project team. In particular, your tasks consist of the following commercial as well as technical tasks:
  • Coordination of meetings and organization of events
  • Correspondence within the project team, with the customer and our partners
  • Project documentation management
  • Formal and content review of documents
Obtaining document approvals
  • Document status tracking
  • Deviation tracking
  • Working with our web-based Document Management System
  • Regular information processing for status reports on project progress (internal and external)
  • Support the creation of minutes of meeting and follow-up of the actions defined in them
  • Back up of the Office project assistant
Your qualifications

For your job, you need a degree that ideally combines technical and commercial knowledge - for example, industrial engineer.

An additional qualification in project management is desirable.

You enjoy working with numbers and are proficient in common Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint. In addition to perfect French skills, you speak very well English.

Your working style is proactive with a high level of service and commitment. You are able to work under pressure and know how to skillfully deal with scheduling bottlenecks. You react quickly and flexibly to changing requirements. Reliability and discretion go without saying for you.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team complete your profile.
