Your Tasks

We offer you a challenging position as a Senior Architect / Project Manager with future perspectives in our architecture department. The substantive focus is on laboratory and production buildings for the pharmaceutical and biotech industry in Switzerland with high architectural standards.

Your function includes all tasks of the service phases 1 to 5 according to SIA.

Your Qualifications

You hold a Master of Science in Architecture and have at least 5 years of professional experience in the Swiss environment in all service phases. You have already independently coordinated teams of architects and specialist planners.

Ideally, you have experience in planning facilities for the pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry.

You can visually present and communicate your results according to the SIA phase. You are familiar with the relevant guidelines, standards and official regulations in Switzerland. Experience with common CAD and especially BIM programs (Revit) is a prerequisite.

For our office in Montreux you need to have excellent French and English skills. In the offices in Basel or Zürich impeccable German and English skills are a must-have.

You should enjoy translating the framework conditions arising from the complex engineering requirements into an identity-creating architecture. You have an eye for the essentials, abstracting the relevant from the irrelevant information and thus being able to filter out the big picture.

Personally, you are characterized by your creativity, a quick grasp and your ability to work in a team. You have an excellent ability to empathize with customers, and are capable to inspire and also demonstrate leadership qualities in customer relationships. Furthermore, you are committed and full of passion for your work.

Your Advantages
  • Exciting and varied tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Development opportunities in a rapidly growing company
  • Wide range of internal training and development opportunities
  • A working environment that is open to innovative ideas and suggestions
  • Attractive leisure activities and team building events
