WITTENSTEIN stärkt erneut Kompetenz für ganzheitliche Antriebslösungen – Erwerb von STXI Motion Ltd. geplant

WITTENSTEIN besitzt die Kompetenz ganzheitliche Antriebslösungen für seine Kunden zu entwickeln. Um sich hier noch stärker zu positionieren, plant der Spezialist für cybertronische Bewegung nun den Erwerb von STXI Motion Ltd. – unter anderem um seine Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Elektronik und Software für Elektromotoren auszubauen.

Die WITTENSTEIN SE plant die Übernahme der Mehrheit der Unternehmensanteile. Der Vertrag zwischen den beteiligten Partnern ist bereits geschlossen. Der angestrebte finale Vollzug zum 1. April 2026 steht unter Vorbehalt der kartellrechtlichen Freigaben.

„Insbesondere die umfassenden Kompetenzen im Bereich Elektronik und Software ergänzen unser Portfolio hervorragend“, erklärt Dr. Bertram Hoffmann, Vorstandsvorsitzender der WITTENSTEIN SE.

STXI Motion ist ein bereits international ausgerichtetes Unternehmen mit Hauptsitz in Petach Tikva, Israel. Weitere Vertriebsstandorte gibt es in Deutschland bei Viersen und in den USA in der Nähe von Chicago. Die wichtigsten Produkte des Unternehmens sind standardisierte Antriebssysteme im sogenannten High Performance Product General Segment.

Über den Kaufpreis wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart.
