LTE und LT40 unterstützen stabile Materialflüsse in automatisierten Produktionsanlagen

Mit den Transfersystemen LTE und LT40 bietet die Montech AG zwei Systeme für unterschiedliche Produktionsanforderungen. Das LTE ist für kleinere Werkstücke und kompakte Produktionslayouts ausgelegt und kommt vor allem in Montage-, Automatisierungs- und Logistikprozessen zum Einsatz.

Das LT40 hingegen wurde für grössere Werkstücke und höhere Traglasten entwickelt. Werkstückträger in sechs verschiedenen Grössen ermöglichen Zuladungen bis zu 16,8 kg. Zudem stehen verschiedene Ausschleusungen, Positionier- und Stopplösungen für unterschiedliche Prozessanforderungen zur Verfügung. Durch die Doppel-Zahnriemen-Konstruktion unterstützt das System stabile Prozessabläufe und eignet sich besonders für komplexere Produktionsprozesse mit höheren Anforderungen an den Materialfluss.
