Sales Consultant (m/w/d) im Innendienst für Datenrettung – Leipzig / Hybrid

Die Bindig Media GmbH sucht Dich zur Verstärkung im Vertrieb für ihre Marke DATA REVERSE®. Seit über 20 Jahren ist das Unternehmen auf Datenrettung und Datenforensik spezialisiert und betreut Kunden bundesweit – sowohl im B2C- als auch im B2B-Umfeld.

Im Fokus der Position stehen qualifizierte Anfragen, die strukturiert bis zur Entscheidung geführt werden. Der Vertrieb arbeitet eng mit dem Technik-Team zusammen und begleitet Kunden entlang des gesamten Prozesses.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Führung von Verkaufsgesprächen (Inbound/Outbound)
  • Bedarfsermittlung und strukturierte Gesprächsführung
  • Nachverfolgung von Angeboten bis zum Abschluss
  • Professionelle Einwandbehandlung
  • Abstimmung mit dem Technik-Team zur Lösungsfindung
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen
  • Dokumentation im ERP-System
Besonderheit der Rolle ist der direkte Kontakt zu Kunden in kritischen Situationen, etwa bei Datenverlust im privaten oder unternehmerischen Umfeld. Entsprechend hoch ist die Verantwortung im Gespräch.

Requirements
