Im Goodyear Innovation Center in Colmar-Berg / Luxembourg zählt die Qualitätskontrolle von Gummiringen nach ISO53504 zu den zentralen Prüfungen. Um den steigenden Bedarf zukünftig besser und schneller abdecken zu können, hat sich das Unternehmen für eine automatisierte Material-Prüfmaschine von Zwick entschieden. Die bei Goodyear eingesetzte Allround-Line Z010 bietet eine Prüfraumhöhe bis 1785 mm, arbeitet mit einer Maximalkraft von 10 kN und wird ausschließlich für Zugversuche eingesetzt.

Ergänzt wird diese sehr flexibel aufgebaute Material-Prüfmaschine durch das Probenzuführungssystem 'roboTest L'. Es besteht aus einem fahrbaren Unterbau und einer linearen Zuführachse.
