ZVEI fordert innovationsfreundliches Entgeltsystem im deutschen Gesundheitsmarkt

"Wir brauchen Entgeltsysteme, die es Ärzten und Krankenhäusern erlauben, sinnvolle Investitionen über mehrere Jahre zu betrachten und zu finanzieren", sagte Hans-Peter Bursig, Leiter des ZVEI-Kompetenzzentrums Gesundheitswirtschaft auf der heutigen Pressekonferenz zur Medica in Düsseldorf. So könnten neue Behandlungsmethoden schnell und flächendeckend eingeführt werden und die Qualität der Gesundheitsversorgung verbessern. "Moderne Medizintechnik ist dabei kein Kostentreiber, sondern eröffnet Möglichkeiten, die Kosten für viele medizinische Behandlungsprozesse, zu reduzieren", erklärte Bursig.

Investitionsstau gefährdet Niveau der Gesundheitsversorgung

Aktuell sieht der ZVEI in der deutschen Medizintechnik einen Investitionsstau von 15 Milliarden Euro. Verursacht wurde dieser durch Finanzierungssysteme, die keine langfristige, am Lebenszyklus orientierte Bewertung wsa Apngcnztkaods sjkmsgwdgrcz.
