Die ZÖLLER-KIPPER GmbH übernimmt 60 Prozent der Anteile des Entsorgungsfahrzeugherstellers FARID, FEG Brivio S.p.A. von den Familien Orecchia, Mazzini-Martinelli und Brivio. Die Gründerfamilien bleiben auch weiterhin am Unternehmen beteiligt und CEO Marco Orecchia wird FARID auch künftig führen.

Die ZOELLER Gruppe kann durch die mehrheitliche Übernahme von FARID ihre Marktpräsenz ausbauen.
