ZDF Enterprises presents international program developments at WCSFP
Launch of innovative productions from Gruppe 5 and Story House Productions
(PresseBox) (Mainz, )Under the direction of Uwe Kersken, the Cologne Gruppe 5 Filmproduktion is currently developing the production "World in Motion" (3 x 52'). It describes how our world is constantly in motion and shows how civilizations arise and disappear solely because of the existence of three phenomena: migration, commerce, war & peace. For centuries now, people have been wandering across the earth and exchanging plants, animals, weapons, products and ideas. The story of humanity is narrated in three episodes, and questions answered such as "Who emigrated when, where and why?" "Which commercial routes existed and how did the existence of commerce and money influence the course of history?" and "Who conducted the first war, where and why?"
Story House Productions are working with ZDF Enterprises on the development of 360-degree contents on the topic of aliens. For the productions "World War A - The Human Chronicles" and "Mammoth Outbreak," co-production partners, especially from the VOD domain, are still being sought.
"World War A - The Human Chronicles" is a docu-drama series that examines the statements of leading scientists from around the world who are predicting an invasion of aliens and its possible process. With the help of user-generated video material relating to UFO landings and with the help of a story which is based on sound scientific theories and high-quality realisation, the series takes on a unique perspective and exceptional look. Further highlights include the physicist Stephen Hawking, insights into American and British "top secret" classified military plans in the theoretical event of extraterrestrial attacks as well as diplomatic scenarios of the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs for negotiations with aliens.
The 90-minute docu-drama "Mammoth Outbreak" is an intense and suspenseful scientific thriller about the unintentional consequences of scientific research. "Mammoth Outbreak" relates the story of an amazing find and its dramatic consequences and is based on latest researches: scientists unearth a perfectly conserved mammoth in the Siberian tundra and unwittingly awaken a once deadly virus that has been inactive now for 15,000 years. "Mammoth Outbreak" is a fictional event movie, but based on thorough scientific research.
