Die Zahoransky Group versorgt Kunden mit anspruchsvollen Lösungen in der Automation und im Formenbau. Für die Bürstenfabrik Ebnat-Kappel AG, Ebnat-Kappel (CH), bündelte Zahoransky seine umfassenden Möglichkeiten in einer Systemlösung (Integrated-Dental-Production - IDP). Im Inlining werden auf dieser Hochleistungsanlage Inter-Dental-Körper (Zahnbrüsten zur Reinigung von Zahnzwischenräumen) in 2K-Technik hergestellt. Die Anlage gilt als die schnellste und ausbringungsstärkste Anlage ihrer Art weltweit.

Aufgabe war es, die einzelnen Sparten der Zahoransky Group zu einer besonderen Entwicklungsanstrengung zu bündeln. Rund ein Jahr nahm dieses bislang einzigartige Projekt - von der Projektierung bis zur Auslieferung im März 2008 - in Anspruch.
