Deshalb stellt XtraMind Technologies zur "CallCenterWorld 2004" die neue Multichannel-Version des XM-MailMinder vor, die sämtliche Kundenanfragen zuverlässig und qualifiziert bearbeitet. Dafür werden Methoden der Künstlichen Intelligenz und der Sprachanalyse sowie OCR-Technologien genutzt. Die internationale Kongressmesse "CallCenterWorld" findet vom 9. -12.
