"Smarter Telefonservice" - Neue Technologien im Dienste des Kunden

Im Einsatz neuer Technologien sehen Unternehmen die Möglichkeit ihren Telefonservice nachhaltig zu verbessern. Verbunden sind damit die konsequente Ausrichtung auf den Kundennutzen und die Erreichung der Serviceziele.

Das ist das Fazit einer Online-Umfrage, die vom X [iks] Institut für Kommunikation und ServiceDesign, Berlin im Herbst 2013 bei kleinen, mittleren und großen Unternehmen durchgeführt wurde.

Die große Mehrheit der Teilnehmer (91%) ist sich darüber im klaren, daß die Bedeutung smarter Services am Telefon weiter zunehmen und dabei positive Auswirkungen auf die Bindung der Kunden (90%), die Verbesserung der Marktposition (82%) und der Erhöhung der Bekanntheit (63%) haben wird.
