WorldWater & Solar Technologies Announces Management Changes

Ewing, NJ, (PresseBox) - WorldWater & Solar Technologies Corp. (OTC BB: WWAT.OB), developer and marketer of proprietary high-power solar systems, today announced that, effective June 18, 2008, Larry Crawford has resigned his position as CFO to pursue other interests and spend more time with his family. The Company intends to immediately initiate a search for a new CFO. Concurrently, WorldWater's Corporate Controller, James Vittor, has been promoted and will take the additional title of Chief Accounting Officer.
