WorldWater & Solar Technologies Announces 2008 Stockholder Meeting

(OTC BB:WWAT.OB - News), developer and marketer of proprietary high-power solar systems, today announced the Company will hold its 2008 Stockholder Meeting on June 26 at WorldWater headquarters in Ewing, New Jersey. Several matters will be voted on, as described in the Company's proxy statement, followed by a presentation and Q&A session. The meeting will begin promptly at 2:00 p.m. For those investors who cannot attend, the presentation material will be posted on the Company's website.
