Anywhere365 Unified Contact Center receives Microsoft Lync 2013 certification

(PresseBox) (BC Rotterdam, ) Anywhere365 Unified Contact Center has been qualified for Microsoft Lync 2013. The integrated contact center platform from software development specialist Workstreampeople has passed all tests required to become a qualified contact center solution for Microsoft Lync 2013.

The Microsoft Lync Independent Software Vendor (ISV) qualification program is designed to help ensure that qualified applications from Microsoft Partners meet customer expectations for specific scenarios. With third party testing, the program defines specific requirements for interoperability with Lync Server, installation, set-up and configuration, documentation, and support.

Anywhere365 Unified Contact Center has been tested on 103 cases, focussing on implementation, high availability, scalability, documentation, functionality and native integration with the Microsoft Lync platform. The platform 100% successfully passed on all tests.

As an on premise integrated work management solution Anywhere365 is able to seamlessly manage all dialogues that originate via email, chat, webchat, voice, webforms and more. Anywhere is integrated with Microsoft SharePoint, Office365 accounts and Skype users and can easily be connected to the exisiting IT systems and databases, such as CRM and ERP, to create intelligent dialogue management capabilities.
