Anywhere365 Reception Attendant certified for Microsoft Lync 2013

Anywhere365 Reception Attendant has been qualified for Microsoft Lync 2013. The innovative dialogue management system from software development specialist Workstreampeople has passed all the required tests.

The Microsoft Lync Independent Software Vendor (ISV) qualification program is designed to help ensure that qualified applications from Microsoft Partners meet customer expectations for specific scenarios. With third party testing, the program defines specific requirements for interoperability with Lync Server, installation, set-up and configuration, documentation, and support.

Anywhere365 Reception Attendant has been tested on 53 cases, focussing on implementation, high availability, scalability, documentation, functionality and native integration with the Microsoft Lync platform. The dialogue management system 100% successfully passed on all tests.
