KGAL purchases another WKN wind farm
German wind farm Ebersgrün has already started operation
The Saxon energy park Ebersgrün in the Vogtland District consists of four wind turbines of the type Senvion MM92 with 2.05 megawatts of installed capacity each. All turbines were erected at 100 metres hub height. The wind farm has already been commissioned; the expected annual electricity production of the 8.2 megawatt wind farm amounts to approximately 21 million kilowatt hours. Thus, the wind farm developed by WKN supplies eco-friendly electricity to about 6,000 households in Saxony.
In 2013, The KGAL Group had already acquired the German WKN wind farms Hollige, Kastorf and Kropp as well as the rights for the French WKN project Dargies. "We are pleased that once again we were able to convince the KGAL Group of our project competence," Martinus Scherweit, CEO of WKN AG, commented this transaction.
The KGAL Gruppe has been initiating and accompanying long-term real investments with lasting and stable revenues for more than 46 years. Its range of services comprises the conception and management of selected funds for institutional investors as well as investment solutions for family offices.
