Web-Service - the new generation in customer support
Wittmann Battenfeld's proven global Teleservice network, to which about 700 machines are connected, has been upgraded by Web-Service, which provides an interactive function for the Unilog B6 control system.
With the customer's consent, experienced service engineers are able to contact the machine directly via the Internet. A considerable proportion of servicing can thus be carried out quickly by way of remote diagnostics, which saves having to call in a service engineer. On-site service and spare parts deliveries still required can be arranged and carried out more efficiently. Long-term productivity and conservation of value of manufacturing equipment can thus be assured at reasonable cost.
Remote-Service - the most reasonably priced network on the market
The new remote visualization program from Wittmann Battenfeld allows networking of injection molding machines and PC workplaces in production facilities without Internet connection. Remote-Service supports injection molders in all important production steps, such as monitoring of the machine, diagnostics, quality assurance and process optimization.
The machine is connected to the network by Ethernet. Once the Remote-Service tool has been installed, it can be contacted via the corporate network. Other locations or home PCs included in the corporate network can also be connected to the machine. Screen pages from the machine's control system can be viewed simultaneously with the operation of the control system, so that the production process is not disturbed.
Web-Training - the new benchmark in staff training
The new Web-Training program from Wittmann Battenfeld provides an unconventional learning environment. The virtual training centre insures more flexibility in basic and advanced training of company staff, independent of time and place.
