Israel Discount Bank, one of the country’s three biggest banks, will automate its branch processes further in the future. To meet this goal, Wincor Nixdorf and its partner Taldor will deliver a solution package consisting of self-service terminals and the corresponding software. The bank will equip its 260 branches and representative offices with 580 ProConsult 2000 and ProConsult 2050 terminals from Wincor Nixdorf. These will enable bank customers to deposit checks, handle transactions online and print out account information. Installation activities began in December 2006 and are scheduled for completion in March.
