Wincor Nixdorf's Nordic service organization offers services seven days a week, 365 days a year, providing excellence in system availability and end-user experience.
With its unique service commitment and high quality in process management, the Wincor Nixdorf service team will be a vital part of the EDB ErgoGroup SYSteam maintenance provision.

The agreement includes second line maintenance for 1,400 systems. In addition, Wincor Nixdorf will provide IMAC services for EDB ErgoGroup SYSteam.
"We have strong coverage with our service organisation but we plan to further strengthen our delivery capabilities in the Nordic area to cover more than 60 service locations," Tiwemark said.
