Hamburger Sparkasse extends services agreement with Diebold Nixdort to 2023
(PresseBox) (Hamburg, )With this agreement, Diebold Nixdorf will support the decentralized IT operations for approximately 6,000 of Haspa’s work stations and the management of its self-service network of more than 800 systems, including cash management, network services, file and print services, the operation of servers for a range of applications, the management of middleware and database applications, and a user help desk.
“Drawing on Diebold Nixdorf’s expertise, this partnership has enabled us to ensure the consistent availability of our systems,” said Dr. Rudolf Hoyer, the head of information technology and organization at Hamburger Sparkasse. “In addition, Diebold Nixdorf has been supporting our efforts to further develop our technologies and infrastructure as well as in reducing costs.”
