Women in Games Jobs (WIGJ) is a "not for profit" company that works to recruit more women into the games industry by promoting role models and giving encouragement and information to those women seeking to work in games. It also campaigns to make the games industry a more attractive field for women, both for new entrants and to retain women already working in the industry. Founded by David Smith, MD of international recruiter Interactive Selection in August 2009, WIGJ has over 2500 supporters.

We are seeking a sponsor for this event. Sponsors have the opportunity to align themselves with the main force in Europe looking to spread diversity in the games industry. Employers have the opportunity to demonstrate that they are the "employer of choice" for women seeking to further their careers both in Europe and further afield. This profile is likely to increase direct job applications to the sponsor whenever women are looking to change jobs and to signal to other employers that the sponsor leads the industry in tackling the gender imbalance that exists.

You can be a "WIGJ" Supporter for as little as 250 Euros
