Der Pharmakonzern Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd. hat Werum's PAS-X Manufacturing IT Business Platform erfolgreich an seinem neuen indischen Standort in Visakhapatnam ausgerollt. Dr. Reddy's implementierte PAS-X zum ersten Mal als Full-Blown-MES und deckt damit alle Prozesse vom Wareneingang bis zur Produktion ab.

Dr. Reddy's war wichtig, dass das MES-System innerhalb kürzester Zeit live gehen würde und die Chargenproduktion zuverlässig gegenüber den Behörden dokumentiert. Um die Zulassung des neu errichteten Werks durch die zuständigen Behörden - darunter vor allem die US-Gesundheitsbehörde FDA - zu gewährleisten, war Dr. Reddy's an einem ausgereiften und getesteten MES interessiert.
