Dr. Matthias J. Rapp wird zum Finanzvorstand ernannt

Der Aufsichtsrat der Webasto AG hat in seiner Sitzung vom 24. März 2011 entschieden, den Vorstand der Webasto AG mit Wirkung zum 1. April 2011 zu erweitern und Dr. Matthias J. Rapp zum Vorstand für das Ressort Finanzen und Controlling berufen. Rapp ist seit Juli 2010 als Chief Financial Officer (CFO) bei der Webasto AG tätig.

Bevor Rapp zum Weltmarktführer für Dach- und Thermosysteme wechselte, war er bei Kuka Systems im automobilen Anlagenbau ("Body-in-White") tätig, wo er seit Mitte 2008 als Vorstand verantwortlich für Finanzen und Controlling war.
