Sie untersuchten die Konversionsraten von bundesweit 120 Online-Shops aus den Warenbereichen Health, Mode, Genussmittel, Medien, Möbel und Elektronik und erhielten ein erstaunliches Gesamtergebnis: Nur durchschnittlich drei Prozent der Besucher auf Online-Shops kaufen letztendlich dort auch ein.
