IFRA conference in Slovenia to include visit to TV station and national newspaper printing plant
IFRA's 3rd South-East Europe Conference on 25 and 26 September 2008 in Ljubljana, Slovenia
(PresseBox) (Darmstadt, )IFRA's programme includes visits to RTV Slovenija TV studios or a Delo's newspaper printing site. The conference offers the chance to meet international specialists and colleagues, both from traditional printing as well as with a digital media background, for networking opportunities and exchanging ideas.
On the day before the conference starts (24 September), participants will have the opportunity to visit the Savatech printing blanket plant, to gain a rare insight into the materials industry.
The conference in the Austria Trend Hotel Ljubljana will comprise four sessions - translated simultaneously into English, Slovenian and Croatian:

- Workflow and New Technologies;
both on 25 September, chaired by Manfred Werfel, Director of Research and Deputy CEO, IFRA, Germany.
- Successful Digital Media Trends,
- New Revenue Models for Newspapers;
both on 26 September, chaired by Saša Praprotnik, Commercial Manager, žurnal Media, Slovenia.
