Walter stellt Advance Vollhartmetall-Fräser für ISO H-Werkstoffe vor

Mit den ISO H-Fräsern der Advance-Linie MC183, MC187, MC281, MC480, MC482, MC388 und MC089 bringt Walter gleich sieben neue Vollhartmetall-Fräserfamilien auf den Markt, die speziell auf die Anforderungen der Hart-Bearbeitung zugeschnitten sind. Die Mini- und Multi Flute-Fräser, Eck-/Nutfräser, Radiuskopierfräser und Hochvorschubfräser eignen sich insbesondere für ISO H-Werkstoffe bis 63 HRC. Hohe Standzeiten und eine sehr gute Oberflächenqualität erreichen die Fräser zum Beispiel durch die neue, Walter eigene Sorte WB10TG. Eine spezielle, leistungssteigernde Geometrie ermöglicht zudem hohe Abtragsraten.

Das breit aufgestellte Programm eröffnet dem Anwender umfangreiche Einsatzmöglichkeiten. Für große bis kleine Bauteildimensionen können die Advance-Fräser ebenso flexibel eingesetzt werden wie für sviqbvhunyhc Weuiaejjmdbaxl: e.E.
