Mit dem neuen freiprogrammierbaren WAGO BACnet/IP-Controller und den vielen verfügbaren Standard- und Spezialklemmen des WAGO-I/OSystems lassen sich die unterschiedlichsten Aufgabenstellungen in der Gebäudeautomation lösen. Einsatzgebiete sind die typischen HLK-Anwendungen, aber auch Beleuchtungs- und Jalousiesteuerungen. Vielfältige Schnittstellenmodule bieten direkten Anschluss an KNX/EIB, DALI-Lichtsteuersysteme, EnOcean-Funktechnik, uvm. Bei der Anwendung des Controllers als BACnet-Native-Server erkennt er alle gesteckten digitalen und analogen I/O-Module und erstellt daraus automatisch BACnet-Objekte.

Zur Inbetriebnahme wird die Programmierumgebung WAGO-I/O-PRO CAA (CoDeSys) und der neue WAGO-BACnet-Configurator verwendet. Speziell dieses Tool unterstützt auch die Kommunikation zu BACnet-Geräten anderer Hersteller. Das Tool steht frei zum Download unter www.wago.com, Menüpunkt "Gebäudetechnik-Portal" zur Verfügung.
