Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat der Wacker Neuson SE, München, haben heute beschlossen, der ordentlichen Hauptversammlung am 29. Mai 2019 für die Verwendung des Bilanzgewinns für das abgelaufene Geschäftsjahr 2018 neben einer Dividende von 0,60 Euro je Aktie (Vorjahr: 0,60 Euro) zusätzlich die Auszahlung einer Sonderdividende in Höhe von 0,50 Euro je Aktie vorzuschlagen. Vorbehaltlich der Zustimmung der Hauptversammlung entspricht dies einer Ausschüttung von insgesamt 1,10 Euro je Aktie. Bezogen auf 70.140.000 dividendenberechtigte Stückaktien beläuft sich die geplante Ausschüttungssumme auf rund 77,2 Mio. Euro.
