Im zweiten Quartal dieses Jahres hatte VNG die in Oslo ansässige Endeavour Energy Norge AS vollständig erworben. Das Unternehmen ist im Bereich der Produktion und Exploration im Norwegischen Kontinentalschelf tätig. Im Anschluss an den Erwerb erfolgte die Umbenennung der Gesellschaft in VNG Norge (Operations) AS. Zur Bündelung der Aktivitäten der VNG in Norwegen wurden beide Gesellschaften nun in einem weiteren Schritt verschmolzen.
