Vizrt signs USD 1.8M broadcast graphics deal with European sports network

Bergen, (PresseBox) - Vizrt Ltd. announced today a deal worth USD 1.8 million for the implementation of broadcast graphics products with a new sports network in Europe. The sports network is part of a larger broadcast group that uses Vizrt as its primary graphics systems provider. By using Vizrt graphics products, the broadcast group is able to unify and integrate its graphics production workflow throughout all of its networks.

The deal includes multiple Viz Engines for compositing real-time video and graphic content live on-air in three languages. The network is also using multiple Viz Engines to provide high-resolution content for a video wall in the studio, as well as several interactive touch-screens. The touch screens will allow presenters to interactively analyze sports content, giving viewers a clear idea of key matchups and plays.

Professional services from Reality Check Systems - a design company based in Burbank California - and Vizrt for graphics and template design complete the turn-key package of hardware and software, allowing the broadcaster to go to air quickly following the purchase.
