Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) präsentiert zwei kapazitätsarme Vierfach-ESD-Schutzdioden-Arrays in dem neuen, winzigen LLP1010-5L-Gehäuse, das aus einem umweltfreundlichen "grünen" Kunststoffmaterial besteht.

Die Schutzdioden-Arrays VESD05A4A-HS4 und VESD09A4A-HS4 haben einen kompakten Footprint von nur 1mm x 1mm und eine extrem geringe Bauhöhe von nur 0,4mm; sie sind dadurch platzsparende Lösungen zum ESD-Schutz von vier Datenleitungen in platzbeschränkten mobilen Elektronikgeräten wie tragbaren Spielkonsolen, MP3-Playern und Mobiltelefonen.

Die beiden neuen Bauteile unterscheiden sich hinsichtlich des Arbeitsbereichs, der Kapazität, des zulässigen Spitzenstroms und des typischen Leckstroms. Beide Dioden bieten Überspannungsschutz für vier Datenleitungen und erfüllen die Anforderungen des Standards IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) bei ±15kV (Kontaktentladung) alf g26gC (Mhrpvlvjalbrngrjrgcmt).
