Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) hat seine Produktfamilie 153 CRV, eine Serie RoHS-konformer stehender SMD-Aluminium-Elektrolytkondensatoren, um neue Typen erweitert, die im Vergleich zu den bisherigen Typen dieser Serie die doppelte Nennspannung und die doppelte Kapazität bieten.

Die neuen Aluminium-Kondensatoren sind in acht Gehäusegrößen von 4,0 mm x 4,0 mm x 5,3 mm bis 10 mm x 10 mm x 14 mm erhältlich und decken den Kapazitätsbereich von 0,47 μF bis 1000 μF (bisher 470 μF) ab. Die Nennspannungen reichen von 6,3 V bis 100 V (bisher 50 V). Die minimale nutzbare Lebensdauer beträgt 2.000 bis 3.000 Stunden bei 105°C bzw. 617.397 qrv 011.627 Qpqyubo evz 43uL.
