New Vishay Siliconix AEC-Q101-Qualified TrenchFET® Power MOSFETs with 175°C Junction Temperature Rating Are Industry-First for Automotive in 3-mm by 3-mm PowerPAK® Package

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) today launched a new series of automotive AEC-Q101-qualified TrenchFET® power MOSFETs with two 60-V devices in a PowerPAK® 1212-8 package rated for a 175°C junction temperature.

Released today were the Vishay Siliconix n-channel SQ7414EN, with on resistance of 25 milliohms at a 10-V gate drive, and the p-channel SQ7415EN, with an on-resistance rating of 65 milliohms.

Measuring 3.3mm by 3.3mm with a height profile of 1.07mm, these new AEC-Q101-qualified MOSFETs are the smallest on the market capable of handling power applications in the automotive environment and the first such devices to be offered in the
FayhdPSA 2158-7.
