Vishay Intertechnology Inc. (NYSE: VSH) today announced two new compact panel potentiometers with high dielectric strength of 5,000 VRMS, cermet and conductive plastic elements, and a wide variety of modules and terminal styles.

With their 12.5-mm size, the new P11P and P11D offer designers a compact alternative to other low-cost panel potentiometers. The P11P's cermet element provides better stability than carbon elements, while the conductive plastic element of the P11D offers a reduced electrical noise for audio applications.
