Claus Niedermaier, Leiter Vertrieb digitale Archive und Syndication für den Bereich GENIOS Wirtschaftsdatenbanken, hat die Verlagsgruppe Handelsblatt (VHB) zum 30. Juni 2006 auf eigenen Wunsch verlassen, um sich neuen Aufgaben zuzuwenden. Die VHB hatte das bislang unter der Marke GENIOS betriebene Datenbankgeschäft im Herbst 2005 in das neue Gemeinschaftsunternehmen GBI-Genios Deutsche Wirtschaftsdatenbank GmbH eingebracht.
