Systematik und Methoden Input- und Output von Anlagen Dokumentation und Controlling

Stoffstrommanagement basiert auf einer ganzheitlichen Betrachtung ökologischer und ökonomischer Aspekte von Stoffströmen. Fachkräfte entwickeln Strategien, um einen intelligenten, ressourceneffizienten Umgang mit Stoffen und Energien zu erreichen. Stoffstrommanagement wird vielfach mit Instrumenten des Umweltcontrollings und dem betriebswirtschaftlichen Controlling verknüpft. In der Abfallwirtschaft steht die Nutzung von Abfällen als Wertstoffe sowie die geordnete Beseitigung in Anlagen im Vordergrund. Stoffstrommanagement trägt zur Ressourcen- bzw. Materialeffizienz bei und sorgt für mehr Nachhaltigkeit.

Die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer gewinnen anhand von Praxisbeispielen einen systematischen Überblick über die wesentlichen Aufgaben für verschiedene abfallwirtschaftlichen Anlagen und Tätigkeiten und erörtern insbesondere die kritischen Erfolgsfaktoren.
