VDIK begrüßt Einigung bei Dienstwagenbesteuerung von Elektrofahrzeugen

Der Bundestag hat am 06. Juni 2013 die Beschlussempfehlung des Vermittlungsausschusses zur Besteuerung der privaten Nutzung von Elektrofahrzeugen als Dienstwagen angenommen. Es ist davon auszugehen, dass der Bundesrat in seiner heutigen Sitzung diesem Votum ebenfalls folgen wird. Damit werden rückwirkend zum 01. Januar 2013 die Batteriekosten von Elektrofahrzeugen bei der Besteuerung von Dienstwagen nicht berücksichtigt, so dass für den Nutzer keine Mehrkosten gegenüber konventionell angetriebenen Fahrzeugen entstehen.
