VDE-Institut erste anerkannte Prüfstelle nach dem neuen Mess- und Eichgesetz

Das Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie (BMWi) hat das VDE Prüf- und Zertifizierungsinstitut als erste private Konformitätsbewertungsstelle nach dem neuen Mess- und Eichgesetz MessEG anerkannt. Die Anerkennung beinhaltet die Bewertung von Elektrizitätszählern nach der europäischen Messgeräterichtlinie 2004/22/EG. Hierzu zählen die Durchführung von Baumusterprüfungen, Verfahren zur Erklärung der Konformität mit der Bauart auf der Grundlage der Qualitätssicherung für die Produktion sowie Verfahren zur Erklärung der Konformität mit der Bauart auf Grundlage einer Prüfung der Produkte.
