"Zur Anerkennung ausländischer Bildungsabschlüsse - Problemstellungen und gegenwärtige Diskussionen" - so lautet der Vortrag, den Katharina Koch vom Referat bundesweites Integrationsprogramm des Bundesamts für Migration und Flüchtlinge (BAMF) am Mittwoch, 13. Januar, 12.00 Uhr, an der Universität Oldenburg (Campus Wechloy, Raum W6 0-008) hält. Der Vortrag findet im Rahmen des Seminars für hochqualifizierte EinwanderInnen statt, das Prof. Dr. Rolf Meinhardt vom Interdisziplinären Zentrum für Bildung und Kommunikation in Migrationsprozessen (IBKM) anbietet.

Nach Schätzungen von Meinhardt leben in Deutschland etwa 500.000 zugewanderte AkademikerInnen, die nicht in ihrem ursprünglichen Beruf arbeiten können, da ihr Abschluss hierzulande nicht anerkannt wird.
