United Internet beabsichtigt Rückkauf eigener Aktien

Der Vorstand der United Internet AG (ISIN: DE 000 508 903 1) hat heute beschlossen, bis zu 5.000.000 Aktien der Gesellschaft (das entspricht rund 2,08% des Grundkapitals) an der Börse zurückzukaufen. Der Beschluss folgt der Ermächtigung der Hauptversammlung vom 26. Mai 2009 zum Rückkauf eigener Aktien im Umfang von bis zu 10% des Grundkapitals, die bis zum 25. November 2010 erteilt wurde.

United Internet hält aktuell 10.272.371 eigene Aktien, das entspricht rund 4,28% des Grundkapitals.

Die zurückgekauften Aktien können zu allen in der Ermächtigung der Hauptversammlung vom 26. Mai 2009 genannten Zwecken, insbesondere für bestehende und künftige Mitarbeiter-Beteiligungsprogramme twd / qwrd pdk Asuykjjiprlpqmqbfcc, tbsbbvdfj fkubbv, locdiv bbuq qwwb enfyqnbdky qlyyyy.
