During the acceptance period, which expired on February 1, 2012, a total number of 115,616 shares have been tendered to UMS United Medical Systems International AG, Hamburg (ISIN DE 0005493654 / WKN 549365) based on the public share buy back offer by UMS AG. The offer applied to a total of up to 300,000 shares of the Company.
